[비욘드포스트 김신 기자] Bottleist, a beverage curation and technology platform, successfully concluded the ‘2026 Raum Wine & K-Sool Salon,’ co-hosted with The Raum Art Center. The event attracted more than 6,500 visitors, marking an approximately 30% increase from the previous year.
Rather than following the conventional format of large-scale wine and spirits exhibitions, Bottleist reimagined the event as a cultural ‘Salon’ where beverage curation, fine dining, music and spatial experiences came together.
The event occupied the 2nd through 4th floors of The Raum Art Center, with each floor designed around a distinct gastronomic and cultural experience. More than 40 premium domestic and international beverage brands participated, offering visitors opportunities to explore wine, traditional Korean spirits, craft beverages and curated food pairings.

The highlight of the event was the Gala Dinner & Concert held on the 4th floor. Bottleist oversaw the beverage and brand curation as well as the planning and engagement of speakers and program content. Course dining, live classical performances and beverage storytelling were integrated into a single experiential program.
The event also welcomed ambassadors from Belgium, Hungary and Japan, creating an opportunity for cultural and gastronomic exchange between Korea and the international community.
Technology was another key component of the salon. Bottleist integrated its Mobile AI Sommelier & Digital Docent service, which has been introduced at international wine and spirits exhibitions over the past two years. Visitors could use their mobile devices to access beverage information, tasting notes, brand stories and AI-based food pairing recommendations, enabling a more interactive approach to discovering their individual preferences.
Bottleist is developing a beverage ecosystem that combines O2O commerce, merchandising, experiential events, digital curation and AI Sommelier technology. The company aims to connect the discovery, experience and consumption of beverages through technology and curated content.
Its international activities have also expanded. In June 2026, Bottleist participated as the Korean Drink Curator at LA LISTE Paris 2026 in France, introducing Korean beverages and contemporary interpretations of traditional Korean drinking culture to an international gastronomy audience.
An official representative of Bottleist said, “Our goal was to move beyond the conventional trade exhibition format and create a true salon where space, music and gastronomy converge. Through our AI Sommelier technology and carefully curated beverage experiences, we aim to help consumers discover their individual tastes while creating new opportunities for K-Drink culture to connect with audiences around the world.”
Bottleist plans to continue expanding its beverage curation capabilities across domestic and international markets by combining technology, commerce, cultural experiences and Korean beverage content.
