26일 제이슨 모모아는 “Reposted from @protectmaunakea - This isn’t about science versus culture, this is about right and wrong. Doing right by the land and it’s people by protecting a mountain that gives us water and life. A mountain that is the tallest in the world from the sea floor up. This is about protecting our sacred land from further desecration. -”라며 사진을 공개 했는데, 이를 본 제이슨 모모아의 팬들은 다양한 반응을 댓글로 남겼다.
