[비욘드포스트 김신 기자] Dreamcos Co., Ltd., a cosmetics brand incubator led by CEO Kang Ho-min, announced that it has earned ISO 22716 certification, the internationally recognized Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) standard, further strengthening its global manufacturing capabilities. The achievement follows the company's recent selection as a top-tier company under Korea's Global Small Giants 1,000+ Project, a government initiative supporting high-growth SMEs, marking another milestone in its global growth strategy.
ISO 22716, established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is the globally recognized standard for Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP). The certification is awarded to companies that maintain a comprehensive quality management system covering the entire manufacturing process—from raw material control and production to quality assurance, storage, and shipment. It serves as a key benchmark for overseas brands and buyers when selecting OEM and ODM manufacturing partners.
The certification represents a key milestone in Dreamcos' manufacturing strategy and provides a solid foundation for accelerating the expansion of its global OEM and ODM business.
Dreamcos recently strengthened its manufacturing infrastructure through the strategic acquisition of cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturer Atoz International. Together with the ISO 22716 certification, the company has further enhanced its end-to-end manufacturing capabilities spanning brand planning, research and development, manufacturing, and quality management.
The company has also established internationally compliant manufacturing capabilities not only for its own subsidiary brands but also for domestic and international indie beauty brands incubated through its CAMIHOUSE platform. Under its operational strategy, Dreamcos will focus on international OEM and ODM production, while Atoz International will primarily serve domestic manufacturing demand, enabling the group to provide optimized OEM and ODM manufacturing solutions for brands preparing to enter global markets.

As the global cosmetics industry continues to place greater emphasis on manufacturing quality systems and internationally recognized certifications alongside product competitiveness, ISO 22716-certified manufacturers are becoming increasingly important partners for global brands.
Building on this certification, Dreamcos plans to actively expand its OEM and ODM business with overseas brands and buyers while establishing an integrated business model encompassing both manufacturing and distribution. Leveraging its global-standard quality management system, the company aims to further strengthen its presence in international markets.
“ISO 22716 certification represents far more than the acquisition of a certificate. It is official recognition that our manufacturing quality management system meets internationally accepted standards,” said a Dreamcos spokesperson. “We will continue investing in our manufacturing capabilities to expand our global OEM and ODM business and become a trusted OEM and ODM manufacturing partner for both domestic and international brands.”
